This creative krama flow opens with a short Yoga Nidra to integrate body and breath, and flows through a series of heart and hip opening poses to build heat, strengthen the body and improve flexibility. The sequencing builds to a Bird of Paradise peak pose. On the other side of the peak, expect a cooling hip opener, easy spinal twist, supported back bend, inversions and a restful Savasana to renew the body and spirit.
